Terms and Conditions for Special Offers

Replication:

• Includes discs replicated from your master disc and artwork.
  • No extra fees for film, glass mastering or any other thing - this is the final price.
  • You need to supply a master and artwork that are correct and work.
    
    • If they don't work or there is a problem, we'll help you correct the fault or we can do it for you for a small fee.
• Includes print on disc.
  • Screenprint? Yes sir! One to five colours. 
  • Offset? Awesome smoothness and colour gradation are all yours and included in the price.
• All prices include GST. This is only for this offer. We usually quote ex-GST.
  
• All orders are pre-paid only. No COD. No credit. No credit cards. No cheques. No cash. Bank transfer only.
  • When you e-mail your purchase order or purchase request, we will return an invoice to you via e-mail. It will include the banking details.
  • You will need to pay via bank transfer to our NAB account.
  • Delivery will occur ten to twelve business days after funds have appeared in our account and your master and artwork have been tested and approved for production.
    • Testing occurs on the same day as arrival. If arrival is after 3 pm then that day is not counted in the production schedule. 

CD-R / DVD-R Overprint and Custom Print:

• Includes CD-R/DVD-R to the specified quantity.
  • No extra fees for film, plates or any other thing - this is the final price.
• Includes print on disc.
  • Screenprint? Yes sir! One to five colours. 
  • Offset? Awesome smoothness and colour gradation are all yours and included in the price.
• All prices include GST. This is only for this offer. We usually quote ex-GST.

USB Drive - Special Offer:

• Includes USB drives to the specified quantity of the specified part number.
• • Includes up to three colour screen print for FREE with order OR
  • Includes laser etching on qualifying models for FREE with order.
    • Additional colours or print processes including embossing of faux leather and soft silicon bracelets available at extra cost. Please refer to your Red Circle Media contact for pricing. 
  • Units are bulk packed only (i.e. each drive individually polybagged)
    • Extra packaging is available - boxes, metal boxes, presentation cases, etc - for an additional fee. Please refer to your Red Circle Media contact for pricing. 
  • No extra fees for film, plates or any other thing - this is the final price.
  • IMPORTANT: Some drives with wooden bodies may be subject to AQIS regulation and require irradiation or other pest elimination treatment. Additional fees will apply for these products. Please refer to your Red Circle Media representative for further information.

For all Sydney, North Sydney, Parramatta and similar CBD / office tower areas, you must have a loading dock or parking available for our driver. We will phone you to make arrangements.

Validity

• These offers are valid only for the period specified on the page of the offer.
• All orders placed and paid for before end June 2010 will be eligible for these rates.
• Cancellation will incur a fee of not less than thirty percent of the original invoice total and shall be payable immediately.
• All sales are final.
