I'm not saying creative and marketing agencies are like this... Maybe there are some out there that are. Can't say I've met any like this, but... well... Make up your own mind. Visit huhcorp.com. |

Not that we would ever cheer, even a little, about major music labels being in a bit of trouble about their price control methodologies, or some of their other alleged behaviour in the entertainment market, but this one is quite interesting. It's almost in the realm of "I told you so". From a News Limited report, it seems that they are in possibly a little trouble for price fixing. There are some other charges that stem from that, which, under US law and depending on what state in which the charges are filed could be rather akin to those charges laid against certain kinds of ethnic businessmen in the early twentieth century... I think they involve the terms racketeering and collusion and conspiracy. Then again, I barely understand Australian law, let alone other foreign laws. Check out the article (link at the end of this post) and find out how you're not only getting screwed for poor audio quality but you're also getting screwed on price. |

We've been observing the quality of duplicated discs for some time now. After all, it's part of what we do to assess what risks and troubles others are having so that we can avoid hurting our clients with the same issues. We examine the media, the quality of the burn, print, packaging and other technical characteristics. We receive samples from other houses' end clients, usually with a comment or complaint about certain issues. While we can not and would not ever name names or say something bad about other members of our industry, we're rather disappointed to see negative changes. Some houses whose quality was beyond reproach have become the Kwiki-Mart of the optical media business. There are numerous factors in play here which are far beyond the scope of this post. |

Yes, we now accept Paypal for payment of all orders and accounts. In the past, Red Circle Media only accepted payment via bank transfer. Obviously, as an international trader in optical and silicon media (CD, DVD, USB and more) and other tech or knowledge items, payments needed to be received swiftly to protect against currency movements, especially as we're offering such low, low prices for premium grade products and knowledge. Now, you can still receive the same exciting low rates but you can use PayPal to pay for your order. |
