CD and DVD duplication are a really great way of doing so many things in a modern business or creative or marketing environment. Being able to get a few copies made in a hurry in-house is right up there with a good espresso machine in-house too.

Why? It saves time and money and allows you to address any necessity you may have confidentiality.

I know I'm cutting my own throat here, but a number of our clients have been investigating in-house duplication lately. Sure it's great to be able to deal with a full-service house like Red Circle Media and get all the bells and whistles for the effort of a phone call but sometimes there's a need for just a few copies super-fast.

Some clients just get the office junior to do it. However, that's a really expensive way of getting the result. Junior is tied up for however many copies times however many minutes it takes to copy the discs. Let's not even talk about the time and expense involved in in-house disc printing! If you do the numbers for how much each disc costs to be printed by that cute little consumer/SOHO ink-jet printer you got for a bargain at that office supply shop, then you're in for a fright. In exigent circumstances, it's the right thing to do, but don't make a habit of it - it's costly.

Here are the three top way to reduce your in-house disc production cost per unit:

[1] Custom printed media in smaller quantities, duplicated in house.

In other words, we will screen print or offset print a quantity of CD-R or DVD-R for you to duplicate in house, as and when you need. Your artwork, your design, ready to go every day. Screen printing and offset printing are the established industry standards. I'm very sure that more than 99% of your disc collection is printed by one or the other of these methods. For a full explanation of the differences, go here or here.

Whatever artwork you want on the disc, we're happy to do it for you. Only 500 or 1000? Yes, can do. That's about the quantity an average SME who is using media delivery as part of their business strategy. More? Yes, can do too.

[2] Custom printed media in larger quantities, with in-house high performance CD/DVD duplication towers.

This is much the same case as above, but using multiple drives in a custom-built professional duplication tower to give you up to eight copies per duplication tower per session. Fast, efficient and very effective.

It's a really great way to take advantage of much lower cost per unit for custom screen printed or offset printed CD-R or DVD-R.

What do you need to start? It's better to have an idea of how much CD-R or DVD-R duplication you use or think you will use so that you can be sure buying the hardware will be a good investment for your business. This is a better fit for higher volume users with statis artwork. We're happy to work with you on doing a financial model so that your company can be sure to make a sound business decision.

[3] Fully automatic in-house duplication and high-grade printing - for one disc or hundreds. Every day.

Yes - and it's affordable. Really affordable.

We supply and service fully automated systems for CD and DVD duplication which do it all for you.

You give it the master disc. You tell it how many copies you want. You give it the artwork you want printed on the disc. It does it for you. Quickly. Economically. Simply! Oh - and the print is stunning - really, really top notch.

It would take an expert to spot the difference between original offset print and this print. It's excellent.

It's much like a photocopier for discs. Master in. Art in. Copies out. No intervention. Full-auto, one step process.

Intrigued?
